• Hello Emma, You can use the free HP smart app found on your phone's app store to set up and use your printer! You may also use the app to enroll into HP+ during the setup of your printer in order to gain the free months of Instant Ink! -HP Team

• Actually, when you sign up for Instant Ink you only get 2 months free. I've spent countless hours trying to contact HP to get it sorted but still no joy. Good luck.
