• Thank you for asking about the Envy 17-da0013dx. Using mobile settings, battery life is up to 10 hours and 45 minutes (video playback up to 16 hours and 30 minutes). The laptop supports fast charge; up to 50% in 30 minutes. The two RAM slots are not user accessible, but can be upgraded to 32GB total. The SSD can be upgraded to 2TB. We recommend that upgrades be performed by a professional technician.
