The fan noise can be reduced by reducing the maximum processor state to 75 percent or lower. This is a very powerful processor so for normal day to day activities 50 % should be adequate. Also reduce GPU load. If you are gaming then all laptops will be noisy.

The only way to reduce the noise is to reduce the speed that the fans are turning, But keep in mind that the fans are designed to ramp up as the load on the computer increases, so turning them down too much can result in extra heat build-up, which may result in errors or even component failure.
