• Thank you for the question. The RAM in the Envy 15-fh0013dx is onboard (soldered to the motherboard) and not user upgradeable. The SSD can be upgraded, and due to the location of the Li-ion battery, we recommend that upgrades be performed by a professional technician.

• It is not upgradable, 8G is the max. The storage is upgradeable its a full length slot M.2 so any capacity that will fit in one of those.
