- Answer You will need to get a usb mic. This what I use for my Dragon. You will want to go to settings and deactivate the built in mic.

- Answer Windows 10 and 11 have dictation options built in and the laptops have built in mics. You can use it with numerous programs. You can get a headset or external mic if you need it to hear you more clearly. If you need help with setup, you can contact HP Support or check with Geek Squad and see what services, they offer.

- Answer There's only one NVMe m.2 slot for an SSD drive, so you'd have to replace it with a higher-capacity drive to increase the storage. You can put in as high a capacity SSD in as whatever's available and your budget can manage. The drives are available up to 8 terabytes in size. The cost will depend on the capacity-your best option is to contact the Geek Squad at your local Best Buy and have them quote you a price on the drive and installation.
