• its very tinny! the volume is very low when i use Youtube. I went to the equalizer and it did not help.

• CRAP!! Speakers are UNDER the mouse pad. Very misleading to see 2 areas on TOP of the laptop left and tight of the keyboard where you would THINK this is where the speakers are located. Yes i understand you do not buy a laptop for the sound quality, but come on, putting them UNDER the laptop!

There is also a software equalizer installed into the computer where you can customize your audio settings.
