I can’t open my folders it saying I am not authorized on this laptop.

Windows 11 does not come with them preinstalled. You do get a free trial to Microsoft Office 365 with the units, but you can get a discount on Microsoft Office 365 by buying a subscription with the unit. That also comes with PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and 1 TB of cloud storage through OneDrive, that you can then transfer to other devices. The one time download option is currently Microsoft Office 2021.

No, you have to subscribe to Microsoft 365 (fancy new name for Office).
