A:Answer Some of the desktops do still come with a built-in optical drive. You can ask the Best Buy computer team about options while still maintaining the other system specifications you might need. If you cannot find one that suits you, there are external options available, just make sure from the manufacture's website that the system you want to use it on meets the requirements. You can also contact HP Support or Geek Squad about possible upgrades in which they might be able to add an internal optical drive. If Geek Squad adds the part and installs it, it does not void the HP warranty, but HP will not cover the new parts.
