HP has ACKNOWLEDGED, VALIDATED and RESPONDED to all of the users —with power cycle fix and ALL the users say it does NOT work! Also Google ENVY DD000D78 and you will find MORE USERS affected. WHY ARE YOU MAKING THIS WORSE BY BEING UNTRUTHFUL!! That is the written evidence validated by HP for all of the public to see, in addition, your THREE tech supervisors admitted on recorded phone lines that this is a KNOWN ISSUE with NO FIX!!! Geek Squad supervising tech agent says NO FIX! You are now being untruthful in public postings, that is against your Code of Conduct. Shameful! HP has lost its soul. Why should we disrupt our work, buy a NEW, MORE EXPENSIVE printer with your modest coupon, and give you MORE business when you not only fail to stand behind your product but you don’t tell the truth! A child knows that when you do not tell the truth it is a LIE. YOU BROKE IT, YOU FIX IT!!!

Q: QuestionIs the print head on the printer replaceable by the customer? I have a very nice HP printer that the print head needs to be replaced, but it will need to be serviced by HP. Most likely the cost will be close to the cost of buying a new printer.

• A:Answer The Envy Inspire 7955e printer uses the 64 ink cartridges which have the print head built into the cartridge itself so every time you get new ink cartridges, you will be changing the print heads.

• A:Answer HP: Read your own HP Community! Google this! The power cycle and cartridge, jam, other basic troubleshooting does NOT work for ANY users! HP acknowledges this! The touchscreen is inoperable, “blue screen of death”! Nor will HP App provide a fix. Geek Squad says we cannot fix a hardware issue and they will not contact HP on my behalf for a fix!, they say bring it in and we will partially credit you to upsell to a new model! HP tech supervisor “Reborn” promised to call me back at 9 AM this morning but did not. HP: YOU BROKE IT, YOU FIX IT!!!
