Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't used my new one yet but my other one did the same thing. I found out after a while just to remove the papers and reinstall them and everything would work fine. It seemed that sometimes one or two papers were not matching up with all the other paper. Hope this solves your problem. If not maybe you are putting in too much paper at a time?
