The 13m-bd0033dx is presented with Windows 10 Home, but can be upgraded to Windows 11. Processor: The 1033 has Intel® Core™ i7-1195G7 (up to 5.0 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology), the 0033 has Intel® Core™ i7-1165G7 (up to 4.7 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology).

• A:Answer When selecting a configuration, get the highest SSD storage level that is available. Otherwise, you run the risk of filling up the drive and bringing it in for an upgrade you could have avoided. The RAM is generally not upgradable so don't skimp on that - get at least 8 GB. This is not a gaming machine so it does not have a separate graphics processor. I strongly recommend going into the store to see what a 13.3", 15", and 17" laptop looks and feels like to you, and what size screen you will be comfortable working with. Give the keyboard and mouse pad a good workout, to make sure you are comfortable typing and clicking on it, Reading reviews can be helpful but looking and touching a laptop is ultimately how you will know whether you will be comfortable using it.
