A:Answer Quick answer is that the i7 is faster. There's Intel Core, Intel Pentium, i3, i5, i7.
Also look at what generation the processor is. 6th generation being the newest/fastest on the market.
Look at the Ghz number as well. I'd say 2.3Ghz is plenty sufficient for a 6th generation i3, anything higher such as 2.4-2.9Ghz is usually reserved for i5-i7 (remeber- the higher the number the faster it is, the less lag time you will see while using the laptop, the more u are able to do).
Lastly, ck out the ram. Again, the higher the number RAM the better.
Higher numbers= more money ur dishing out but also better performance, screen resolution, comes with touch screen option, most likely an aluminum casing to the laptop.
