“Where is the microphone located? I frequently place calls through my laptop, and many people have had trouble hearing me, but nothing about my volume, tone, or distance from my laptop has changed since I began using this device (mic on). Any suggestions?”

• The microphone is located in the bezel at the top of the screen. Without knowing more it's hard to tell what's going on. However, the microphones are highly directional (to eliminate extraneous noises), so if you're not facing the computer when speaking, that may cause the issue.
