Does this have a webcam kill switch? null

It has a keyboard button that electrically closes a shutter in front of the camera lens. The shutter is white and you can hear the slightest little "click" as it pops open and closed. I like this implementation of camera disablement.

It does not have a kill switch for the webcam.
