Where are you seeing this? Are you referring to the Bonus software? Mac/Windows download generally means that you can download the software for use on a WIndows PC or you can download the software on an Apple Mac. It won't be the same actual downloaded software...but you should be able to pick which one you want./need...

This is probably describing the anti virus software provided...and that it can be download on up 5 computers. Both Mac or Windows users can use the software to protect their systems.

The antivirus software that comes with this package must be downloaded and comes in either Macintosh or Windows formats.
