“This says 1.6 Ghz cpu speed, but when I googled the i5 cpu, it says 2.6 ghz, w/ turbo boost up to 3.0. Please tell me which is correct. Thank You!”

• This HP laptop- 17-by0021dx does have the Intel Core i5-7200U (2.5 GHz base frequency, up to 3.1 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology, 3 MB cache, 2 cores). The base speed of the processor is 2.5 GHz. and then when the laptop needs the extra speed it will automatically go into the turbo boose speed of 3.1 GHz.
