“I want/need a laptop that has a CD/DVD drive because of my use of Programs/applications on CD's. I notice that most, if not all of, the newer laptops don't feature a CD/DVD drive. Why is that? How would I use my CD's/DVD's when there is no drive?”

Hello. Thanks for your question. If a laptop does not have a CD/DVD drive, you can use an external USB CD/DVD drive.
