Why doesn't HP abandon this concept? It is very clear the public is against it and I for one will not buy a product that requires a log-in and subscription.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my experience, no. I had an HP+ using the USB which only worked to set up a different connection. For a short time I was able to print via USB, but then it timed out and disabled printing, stating you had to connect through wifi using their online apps (multiple). Why HP decided they won't allow USB printing is beyond me. HP+ printer setup is the worst thing I've even experienced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According the experience that I had. Without registration to H+ and using USB only, I went to a lot of issues. But after opening an account, it’s working great now. I regret it now, when toner is over, I will buy another brand.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That is correct. If you don't activate the HP+ benefits, you will not get the 2nd year of warranty or the 6 free months of Instant Ink, however the printer will still function as normal.
