• I have the printer but its not connecting to the same internet

• Hold down the middle button (the one that has the triangle by it) for about 3-5 seconds, this will print you all the status information about your printer, including the IP address which will be right at the top of the page right hand side. Also you can find the info in the HP Smart App software that loads onto your laptop when performing the initial setup. Hulk
