QuestionWhen printing, a pop-up comes up showing "2-sided printing"- hit continue. This never came up before and I cannot figure out how to keep this from happening. Prior to this, printer would work with no type of interruption.

- Answer Thank you for the question. The LaserJet M15w does not support automatic 2-sided printing, and the message is telling you to reverse the printed page to print the second side. When you click "continue" without reversing the page, it's printing on whatever paper is in the input tray. Check your document settings, to see if you've clicked "2 sided" when printing the document. (File>print=document print menu).

- Answer You don't need the disk if you're on MacOS. The drivers are part of the OS update. But if you're under Windows, search for "hp printer drivers download" The first hit is the official site: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/printers

- Answer Mine is just an ADB printer. We're on FIOS ("wired/optical") and only can "hit" the printer via bluetooth through the connected computer. The printer, itself, doesn't have wireless or bluetooth connectivity.

- Answer I'm not at all familiar with making ceramic decals, but according to the MSDS for the printer's 48A toner, the iron oxide content is between 45-50%, with almost all the rest being the polymer coating on the toner particles.

You can use the USB port on the rear of the printer to connect to your iMac. This printer does come with a USB cable in the box to connect the printer to your iMac.

QuestionDoes this printer print #10 business envelopes. I am looking for a printer that directly feeds the #10 envelope into the printer not using a separate feeder that requires it to hit a "trigger" to feed it (my M501 is awful for envelopes)

- Answer Hello, yes the HP Laserjet Pro M15w is compatible with #10 envelopes for printing and is fed through the paper input area in the front guide.
