- Answer HP failed to put cartridges in the 1st batch of m402's. They've solver that problem since. I'm not sure they ever came with USB cables. Good news is they do include a power cable ;)

QuestionDoes this printer have the "print as booklet" feature? For example, if I print a multi-page booklet with pages 1 and 32 side by side (reversed) and I flip the page over, will it print pages 2 and 31? My old Dell 1110 does that.

- Answer This model has automatic duplexing so it can print both sides at once time. As for other print options, it varies based on the program you are using.

- Answer No. One tray does both then there is a top feed than can do legal, letter, labels, etc but there is o ly one paper drawer

- Answer Yes, the printer tray #1 is specifically made for that. If you use Word, it has a Mailing tab for that purpose. Just make sure you use Tray No. 1

QuestionWhen I say document feeder, I do not mean for scanning, I mean for manually feeding the printer. I print a lot of CD labels and want to be able to feed the labels in manually as opposed to putting them in the paper drawer.

- Answer Yes it has a manual feed tray. You must be careful with these though as they are typically sensitive to breaking if you're rough with them.

- Answer Yes, it does not have scanner feature. You need to order HP M426 to get copy and scan feature.
