A:Answer Borderless documents (such as photos) should be placed on the glass and not sent through the document feeder. Otherwise, yes - you can use the document feeder for other documents. From the User's Guide: "To scan a document or photo to a file (Windows), 1. Load your original print-side down on the scanner glass or print-side up in the document feeder."
