- Answer download the hp print solutions from the hp website. http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8610-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5367603/model/5367606#Z7_3054ICK0K8UDA0AQC11TA930C7 I had an issue as well, once you download their software it troubleshoots. also try to press the WPS button on the back of your home router when looking for a network on the printer.

- Answer I am not sure about the speed of the 8620..This printer does up to 19 ppm black and 14 ppm color..I have found it to be very fast and sure..the load time is just a bit slow for long documents ..

- Answer With magic jack phone or something like it you can. Also scan the fax to the computer and there are a number of different sites on the internet to do that.

QuestionMy wireless connection keeps dropping. What is happening and how can I fix it?We are running a 2 computer network with the printer running as a wireless network printer. After a couple of days the printer drops from the network and then I have to reinstall on both computers. I can not find any event that is causing the connection to drop.

- Answer I don't have this issue with mine. Please consider unplugging your router and modem for like 10 minutes then plugging them back in. Also how close are the router and printer? It is possible a signal booster may be needed. Perhaps contacting HP is a good idea, too.
