Can I use ink from office jet pro 8600? null

No, the cartridges seem to be the same but are mechanically coded so they can't be inserted into the printhead closure.

As with all printers, look up which cartridges each printer takes before you get it. Most likely, NO printer takes the same cartridges that you've had in the past. I'm convinced that ink is the real way that manufacturers make money, and not from selling printers. They're different every time!

This printer is not compatible with the older inks from the 8600 series.
