“It states on the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-one printer description that setup instructions, owner's manual, etc. are included. They were NOT included with my purchase. Do I need to go to HP's web page to read/download them?”

I always download the drivers from HP.com.

Yes, the full Users Manual is available on line. The printer came with a Quick Start-up Guide (Plug it in; Turn it on; etc.) It also has instructions built in to the software for common tasks like changing ink cartridges.
