Hello and thanks for your question! The HP 9015 and 9015e are the same printer physically. The 9015e qualifies for the HP+ program. The HP+ program offers 6 months of free printing and an additional 1 year of warranty. After the FREE 6 months, HP Instant Ink Plans range from $.99 a month for 15 pages, $2.99 for 50 pages, $4.99 for 100 pages, $11.99 for 300 pages, and $24.99 for 700 pages per month.
