- Answer If you buy direct from HP (same price) they will take your old inks & exchange them for the new ones for no charge so you don’t lose money on ink

QuestionI have pro 8625. Seems it lost the capability to scan to computer but can scan to usb drive. Can we reconnect or do I have to buy new printer? How different is 9015?

- Answer You should try resetting the printer(unplugging for 5 minutes) and also deleting and reinstalling the drivers. If that does not work, the OfficeJet pro 9015 is the replacement for the 8625 with similar features. It does not have a legal paper sized flatbed for scanning, but can scan legal in the document feeder. It is faster, smaller with a lot more features like smart tasks using the free HP Smart App.

QuestionModel 9015 says it prints double sided automatically. I don't want that, will it print one side only? And I don't want wireless, will it plug into my computer?

- Answer You are not obligated to print double sided documents. It is just an option available on the HP Officejet Pro 9015 printer. You can still print just one sided documents. You can also connect this printer to the computer using the USB cable.

QuestionI have a piece of paper with small print on it. Can make a copy of it that enlarges the print size so that it will take up more of the page? I am replacing an HP 6500 and, much to my surprise, couldn't find that option on it.
