Hello! Thank you for your question. Models with the 'e' in their model number are HP+ compatible. HP+ models qualify for a free extended warranty by opting into only using HP original cartridges during the setup process. As a bonus, all HP+ models come with a 6-month promotion of Instant Ink service. There is no added cost for opting into HP+ and the only requirement is to maintain an internet connection to verify the cartridges installed are HP Original. The HP 9025 and 9025e are the same core printer except for the HP+ difference.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 9025e is an HP+ enabled printer. Choose HP+ at product setup to activate benefits. HP+ requires an HP account, connection to the internet, and exclusive use of Original HP Ink cartridges for the life of the printer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to the description of both products, the "non e" version has single pass scanning capabilities while the "e" version does not make this reference. Might not be a big issue for some, but for those that image all their documents, it's makes a big difference in time. For example, a 100 page document with information on both sides can take over 400% longer to copy since the scanner literally pulls each page back into the printer to image the other side while the single pass images both sides on the first pass.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure about the differences, but as to the previous comment my 9025e does take a single pass to scan. That is the reason I bought it.
