Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Reboot by turning the printer off, wait at least 20 seconds, and then turn it back on. If you can’t find the power button, just unplug it instead. You may need to do this 5 or ten times. It’s annoying, but hopefully your patience and the repetition will get things flowing. Good luck !
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can buy a new print head, it cost about $130. Your best option is the buy a new printer. I was told by HP support, that the new print head may not work. That is what happened to me.
