• It prints from my phone, using the HP Smart app and I get great quality photos from it.

• Thanks for your question. You can print from your phone to the printer, but it will not use Bluetooth. You will use WiFi to connect to the printer. You do not need a wireless network to print. Your phone can directly connect to the printer's WiFi.
