Q: QuestionMy HP OMEN - 25L Gaming Desktop - 10th Generation Intel Core i5-10400 has 4 slots for ram. It says that it will hold 4 16GB sticks. However, when I put 4 16GBs, it only shows that I have 32GB installed. Will it not read all 4 slots?

• A:Answer RTX 3020 does not exist. You could probably put a different GPU in like the RTX 3050.

• A:Answer Yes, you can use either a 10th or 11th Generation Intel i7 or i9 processor. You can upgrade the graphics card. The computer has a 500 watt power supply, so you'll need a video card that can work with a 500 watt or lower power supply.

• A:Answer Because the computer has a 10th Generation Intel Core i5 processor, the socket on the motherboard is an LGA1200, so an 11th generation processor won't work.

• A:Answer The OMEN units come with the OMEN Gaming Hub which gives you control of the lights on the OMEN devices for changing colors as well as turning them off. That includes if you were to buy the OMEN keyboard, mouse, monitor and even the headset. It does have on board controller for access to those lights.

• A:Answer Hello, while this device should be able to run the game however if you find it is not sufficient then you can exchange it within 14 days. Use the device to maximum capacity during the 14 days and if you are not satisfied then upgrade it to a device with an Intel i7 or i9, or AMD Ryzen 7, HP Omen device.
