QuestionDoes the pc overheat when overclocking or just in general? If so how would I fix that. Thanks in advance :)

- Answer I haven't heard of any, although if you do serious overclocking you may need to install an upgraded CPU cooler. In general, you want to make sure none of the computer vents are blocked and get a can of canned air and blow out the computer a couple of times a year to get rid of the dust.

QuestionThis PC comes with one stick of 8gb ram already installed in the four slots available. If I add another 8gb stick of ram which slot does the new stick occupy? Does HP have a recommended list of approved ram modules that can be used with this motherboard?

- Answer You'll want to leave an empty slot between the installed one and the one that you're going to add to the computer (if you were to add a third and fourth module, those would go into the empty slots.) We can't recommend specific brands, but the computer comes with one module of Kingston FURY 8 GB DDR5-5200 MHz XMP RGB Heatsink RAM .

QuestionI unplugged the ram stick to find out which one it was to get another one and I plugged it back in and it worked fine but then I unplugged it again and plugged it back in and now when I turn it on it shows no display and does 3 long beeps and 2 short beep

- Answer Did you place it in the same slot you took it out of ?? I had the same issues when I got another stick of ram turns out it’s 3-4 in case you get another stick of ram place the sticks at 3-4 if you do have it a slot can you post a picture

QuestionI have this PC that I bought recently and I want to know if it’s VR ready. I have my own oculus quest and I figured it would work but when i plug it into any of the display ports it doesn’t work so i’m wondering if the display ports work?

- Answer Thank you for the question, apologies for what you're experiencing. The Omen GT15-1104 has the following video ports: 1 HDMI-out 2.0; 1 DisplayPort™ 1.4; and 1 DVI-D. If these ports work with other peripherals, it may be that you need to update the headset's firmware. Once you do that, if it's still not working, please review Oculus' system specifications recommended for the headset. For further assistance, please reach out to HP Support.

- Answer Hello, Amari, thank you for the question! Once properly plugging in the computer and all of its peripherals, the power button is located on the front center of the top of the machine.
