The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and the Intel Core i7-4700F processor inside the HP OMEN - 25L Gaming Desktop Model: GT15-2194 are not welded and can be upgraded or exchanged out. While you can upgrade these parts on your own, we recommend upgrades be performed by your local Best Buy's Geek Squad to avoid complications with the installation process.

• A:Answer Hello, and thank you for the question! This HP Omen 25L Gaming Desktop supports up to 128 GB of DDR5-5200 MHz RAM (32 GB x4). For storage, there are 3 M.2 slots (1 for WLAN; 2 for SSD, each currently occupied by a 1 TB SSD) and 2 internal 3.5" HDD slots available in the Expansion Bays. While it is possible to upgrade the storage and RAM on the desktop yourself, we suggest upgrades be performed by the I.T. Specialists at your local Best Buy's Geek Squad to avoid installation complications.
