This HP M24fwa has FreeSync and 75 Hertz refresh rate: SKU: 6464435. You can put in the SKU number on Best Buy's website. You want to be sure the monitor has an HDMI or DisplayPort. There is 1 HDMI and 3 DisplayPorts on this computer.
