I'm having the exact same issue with mine. Worked fine at first, now ram rgb stuck on 1 setting even though the HP command center shows changes applied. Contacted HP support and spoke to an agent who was very nice but unable to resolve the issue stating that the Bios version/date might be wrong. She mentioned something about re-image or sending it into HP which could take weeks... for such a simple feature, Disappointing. Also contacted HyperX and tried their rgb software, and it doesn't even recognize their own product as installed. Their agent also mentioned something about Bios settings.. any info on this would be greatly appreciated. If I'm able to resolve i'll post an update.
