It's still an ongoing issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You CAN clock the RAM up to 3200Mhz but you can't do it in the Omen Command Center. You need to download Ryzen Master. I bought a matching 8gb HyperX stick (3200Mhz) for about $50. At first it showed speeds of 2400Mhz. I used Ryzen Master to Auto-Overclock (will void warranty) the CPU and RAM and got my RAM to run at 3200Mhz. It was extremely easy to do and extremely worth it. Out-of-the-box this computer does run the stock 8gb at 3200Mhz.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Firstly; the computer is a [plug n play only] computer I bought a set of 3000Mhz vengeance and it dropped down to 2100Mhz so that didn't work but i did read up on plug n play I went to HyperX and got their (32g RGB 16X2g 2666Mhz plug n play units) 2666Mhz being their highest plug n play stuff and it works, unfortunately you cant run @3200Mhz but from what i understand there isn't a whole lot of difference between 2666Mhz and 3200Mhz The other thing that i found out is that the RGB can't be controlled with the computers HyperX software so you RGB is just gonna default to rainbow
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.to get it to 3200 you have to get ryzen master and raise the ram in there
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you can change ram rgb in omen command center
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's set in the bios to the lower, it's supposed to be variable to rise and lower depending on load and usage. I've heard to uninstall omen command and install ryzen master to fix but unless you set it in the bios to 3600 it won't save the settings like an xmp. So re adjustment after every reboot. I bought the same brand hyper x but you can use other brands and the rgb will work as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you can get around that problem be enabling the xmp profile and setting the frequency manually.
