- Answer No, it's an AIO, so no maintenance required (apart from dusting it every so often). So if it leaks or dries up, it's probably broken.

- Answer Looking at it briefly it's an AIO(all in one) not a looped system so you won't need to worry about it at all comes filled and sealed. I do not work for the manufacturer though so I could be wrong

QuestionIt says there are only 2 slots for RAM, yet I can see 4..... Are those extra two just there to look good? Or can there be four sticks in it?

- Answer Hexagon, I found out that the answer is actually NO. Just the two slots are running. You have to go into the BIOS and change a bunch of stuff for the four slots to work. I did attempt at putting in four 16GB G.Skill sticks, and it would only register two working. So I now have 2 X 32GB sticks on the way. 16 might be enough for you, but not for myself.

- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. According to the specs from HP, you would need to purchase hardware to use the 5.1 surround sound. Some options that you have are to use a surround sound system that leverages the HDMI port. Or you can use an HD Audio header with extra analog jacks to install internally. Another option would to use a system that uses audio from the DisplayPort. You can also use an external audio adapter. QuestionWhat Ram is compatible to upgrade to on this PC? I know it comes with 2 HyperX Fury 8gb sticks. However I would like to replace these with 16gb sticks. Hyperx Fury is no longer available. Can I use corsair, PNY, etc?

- Answer Hello, David. Thanks for your question. This HP OMEN 30L GT13-1194 computer can be upgraded up to 64 GB DDR4-3200. There are 4 memory slots on the motherboard. You can use any brand of RAM. You do want to be sure that you have the same RAM speed.

QuestionI want to do a custom loop in my PC and was wondering if their was any coolers plates that would work for the GPU? I already swapped into a new case and motherboard because I was having temp issues.

- Answer If you are having issues with the heat, you can always contact HP Support or Geek Squad to have them look into it. While rare, it might be an issue with the unit from the factory in which case it might need to be repaired or replaced.
