Second, open hardware monitor and run a game benchmark and watch temps.
If updated, temps good during benchmarks then shut down and start checking yo be sure vid card memory and all cables are seated/inserted/connected properly.
If all that's good you gotta start testing each component one at a time.
Or, just make the send you a new one.
Which, will be an issue because they are sold out most everywhere.
