- Answer Sergio, thank you for your question on this HP Omen gaming desktop! You will not be able to use DDR5-6000 memory with this as the most it can specified to handle is DDR5-5200 memory.

- Answer Apparently not. Mine has been in the HP shop for almost a month. The processor went bad after 5 weeks. Apparently, the Motherboard will not allow any substitute or upgrade, as they are waiting on an exact replacement. It is unavailable, and They have informed me that it will take over a month for the processor to arrive. Purchase something else! Not HP.

- Answer Yes, it comes with Windows, already installed on the SSD. Now, it may need to do some updates to Windows before it's ready to use, but the computer will do those automatically.

QuestionHow to I open the left side panel?

- Answer Thank you for the question. You'll need to remove the front glass fan cover. and the Grid Panel: (Behind the front glass fan cover, there is a grid panel covering the fans). Remove this grid panel to gain access to the chassis screws. Look at the top left and right corners of the chassis behind the grid panel. You will see two screws, one for each side panel. The screws control the locking mechanism for the side panels (locked position is up, unlocked position is down). Loosen the Left-Side Screw: Using the Torx T-15 bit, loosen the screw on the left side. This will unlock the left-side glass panel. If you need a visual guide, you can check out the HP Support You Tube channel.

There are three primary methods to reset your computer’s BIOS or UEFI settings: Reset internally from your device’s BIOS or UEFI menu, reset by removing or replacing the CMOS battery, or clear and reset BIOS settings by clearing your motherboard jumper. - Answer Thank you for the question about the Omen 40L GT21-1304. There are two M.2 slots (one for the WLAN, one with the 1TB SSD, NVMe) and two expansion slots (one PCI Express 5.0 x16 lane - Gen 5.0 ready and one PCI Express 4.0 x16 lane.

- Answer Pao, thank you for your question about upgrading the graphics card in this HP Omen 40L! It comes equipped with a 600W power supply. The RTX 4070 calls for at least a 650W power supply and the 4090 requires at least an 850W unit. Yes, you will need to change out the power supply on this to upgrade the graphics card.

- Answer I gotta say even with this setup the GPU stays pretty cool. I tested it with Cyberpunk @ RT Overdrive (path tracing), and got great performance (40-60fps with DLSS quality and Frame Gen) all while staying under 70 Celsius.
