Q: QuestionI bought this PC yesterday and I'm having some serious internet speed issues. I tried updating the drivers, Network diagnostics and other software updates but the issue still remains. Has anyone faced the same issue?

Even though an SSD heat sink is not required, it is still recommended, especially if you are doing anything that involves a heavy about of disk write and rewrite work.

Each slot can support up to 32 GB, allowing for flexible memory upgrades. If you were to buy 2 more 8 GB RAM sticks, you can put them in the other two slots. Alternatively, you could upgrade with 2 sticks of 32 GB RAM, placing them in the first two slots, and move the existing 8 GB sticks to the other two slots.

• A:Answer Hi Andy! The RAM needs to be DDR5 for UDIMM modules, memory profile technology XMP. The Omen GT21-1324 supports up to 128GB of RAM. An 80w power supply would not work.
