A:AnswerYes according to HP it supports the 5800X and 5900X. I have my doubts it will support the next generation of AMD processors. The socket used in current motherboards was actually rumored to be phased out by the end of 2020 but we had the 4 series and now 5 series. Keep in mind whenever the next gen processors and socket are revealed they will be using DDR5 memory so builds will be much more expensive for a while. I've been doing a lot of research and the 5600G/3060 combo found in this particular model seem to be the best "bang for buck" available right now.
