QuestionI saw on Youtube with pass models that you were not able to use your own RAM but only the RAM sold by HP at a very high price due to the OMEN bois. Is that still true or have they fixed this issue?

- Answer Yes and no. You can use Ryzen Master (only on AMD chips) to fix the Mhz issues. Without doing that you won't get the full speed from other RAM without using HP's OEM RAM.

QuestionIf it's liquid cooling do you need to occasionally put water into it? Or do you need to buy some special liquid? Dumb question, I know, but I'm new to the PC scene and I'm curious on how liquid cooling works. Thanks in advance!

- Answer No. This is a closed loop liquid cooling system and does not require any maintenance besides clearing the dust off the fan and radiator.

QuestionWhat is the cpu temperature during gaming.

- Answer The CPU temperatures can be pretty on the slight bad side. I see CPU temps go upwards to 80 C if you do nothing. If you set max CPU perf in the power settings to 99% it can help a lot but you won't get the full performance of the CPU. Otherwise, I'd recommend replacing the stock fans.

- Answer So I believe you mean 32gb of ram rather than megabytes but I found https://www.amazon.com/HyperX-3200MHz-Desktop-HX432C16FB3AK2-16/dp/B07WF9M2PK. This seems to be the ram that is already In the system so I would recommend going for this.

Questionive been looking at getting this build for a couple of weeks but am seeing alot of heat problems with it? what is stock settings CPU and GPU heat while playing AAA games on ultra? my knowledge with PCs are about average.

- Answer Stock temps under load (playing warzone at 1440p max graphics) CPU- 72-80c GPU- 68-80c I was not happy with those temps and wanted lower temps. I replaced rear exhaust fan, added 2 120mm case fans( one to the bottom and one to the HDD bay area) and replaced the stock cpu radiator fan with a noctua. I also underclocked the cpu and gpu slightly. Temps under load are now as follows: CPU- 55-67c GPU- 50-67c I highly recommend underclocking and adding/replacing stock fans to improve airflow and temps.

- Answer yes it has built in wifi, its a realtek, pretty generic, not super fast but its fine. using a ethernet will give you way faster/more consistent performance so i'd definitely reccomend.

- Answer it comes with software called Omen Hub which allows you to change the lighting. ill include some pics but you can control 3 things independently or have them all match

- Answer You can definitely play those games on this PC and even play them in high graphic settings. However streaming while playing on the same PC could cause frame rate drops which could lower the FPS of the game you are playing.

QuestionIf I bought this PC with a warranty would I be able to add fans or would that void the warranty? There seems to only be one intake so I'm worried that it will overheat.

- Answer I’ve been using this pc for a few months now.. it’s runs flawlessly and i haven’t had any issues with overheating whatsoever. I’m running all games on ultra settings too. It is an excellent purchase and I highly recommend it. I didn’t want a prebuilt but of course couldn’t build atm because of GPUs nor available. I highly highly recommend this prebuilt!!! 5 stars

- Answer Installer/setup lets you decline some bloatware pieces, it's got "support/setup assistants" that eat CPU when running, RGB/gaming controller things to set (and then ignore) that fails to control the RAM colors (fine by me, I replaced the RAM almost immediately), usual annoying "Free MS office trial!, free OneDrive trial" (etc.) MS garbage... On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is a clean Windows+drivers install, and 10 is McAfee+Norton+Shopping Assistants+Browser Extensions+VPN clients+Business Trial-ware+Gamer Trial-ware (etc. etc. etc.), I'd give it a 4.

- Answer The case has 2 slots that are sized for hard drives, non-nvme SSDs will need a enclosure to fit in the space, and the motherboard can fit an additional nvme SSD
