- Answer Yes it comes with 1 stick of 16 gb ddr4 2666 hyperx ram but upgrading it is hard if you dont want the clock to slow down. I haven't used Adobe premiere but the pc can probably run it good.

- Answer Yes and no. You can upgrade but be prepared to pay about 3 times as much for ram since you have to purchase directly through hp. It sucks that hp locked their bios. The case is also pretty small so you have to make sure the parts will fit in the case.
