QuestionFirst, are both RAM memories replaceable? If so, does it support DDR4 3200 240 pin? Second, is it normal when you game with the laptop without being plugged in, black/white boxes may appear while the game loads before going back to normal?

- Answer Yes. there are 2 memory sockets available for ease of upgrades. DDR4 3200 will need to be installed in both RAM slots and Bios/UEFI modified to OV Clock Mem speed. As with any Gaming/Content creation Laptop normal game loading will have different performance when over clocking the GPU. The NVidia 1660Ti GPU onboard this Laptop is an excellent graphics card that has been benched marked to play all current Games on par with the Radeon 5600m. This Laptop is a Gamers and Content creators delight!

- Answer Yes I bought this laptop to do exactly that play Fortnite at maxed out settings. At all epic settings I get about 100 FPS but at medium I get about 160

- Answer Hi Champ! It’s fine to leave your laptop plugged in even when the battery is fully charged. When plugged in, the laptop receives its power from the wall outlet and the battery in effect serves as a “Battery Backup Device”. Once modern laptop batteries reach their maximum charge level, they stop receiving “juice” from the charger.

- Answer But of course! Once you install a custom UEFI/BIOS, keep in in mind that Mobile Computers have higher thermal thresholds therefore limiting Over Clock options compared to Desktop PC's which offer many CPU/GPU cooling options for ease of overclocking. As with any manufacturer, warranty is VOID when modding any device. Happy over clocking!
