Make sure you've inserted the wireless receiver into one of the usb ports and that its fully seated. Also make sure the battery protectors are removed from the keyboard and the mouse and the mouse is turned on.

I was looking for two USB devices--one for the keyboard and one for the mouse; but there is only one. After installation, both the keyboard and the mouse worked instantly. Good luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on the mouse and KB, did you have a fast rf setup that requires a dongle or bluetooth? If bluetooth did you pair the mouse and KB first? If not bluetooth did you install the drivers for your wireless mouse and KB?
