• Thank you for the question. The connect button is on the bottom (reverse) of the keyboard. Press and hold the Connect button on the bottom of the keyboard for 3 seconds.

• PS on my Keyboard there a small on & Off Switch on Bottom

• The usb's are inside the computer so turn on computer and both the mouse and key board will work as long as their are batteries in both
