Q: QuestionI need to buy a replacement charger. How may watts do i need? I tried searching and both 45w and 65w came up. I need to make dure it is the correct one. Thank you. Please help. Does Best Buy have a replacement product available?

Q: QuestionIf I buy the laptop will it stay on windows 10? I need it for remote tuning on my car so I do not need windows 11. Just windows 10.

• A:Answer Thank you for the question. The Pavilion 14m-dy0113dx is presented with Windows 11 Home in S Mode. While you can convert the system out of S Mode, it has to be Windows 11. it cannot be rolled back to Windows 10.

Q: QuestionThere's conflicting answers from HP as to whether this has S mode. several places says it's easy to take it out of this mode and some HP reps say it does not come with S mode.if it does come on this laptop, once taken out of S Mode, can it be put back on?

Q: QuestionDoes this have an average size charging cord, or a clunk like my Lenovo Chromebook?? My Chromebook has about a 3"x1.5"x 1" clunky rectangle interruption in the length of the charging cord.. never want that that again!

They would likely give you the best deal on something like that, for the same reason that they would give you the best deal on a cellphone: they want to sell you the service and get you to use it as much as possible, since that is their bread and butter.
