• The one I have has two memory slots, both of which are filled with 4gb memory cards. Upgrading the memory will require replacing one or both of the existing memory cards. You will have to contact HP to determine if doing this will void your warranty.

• Hello, the HP Pavilion x360 14-ek0033dx Laptop comes installed with the DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHz Non-ECC SODIMM memory type, 8GB (Soldered) memory. This is not accessible to the user for upgrading. Look under the Specifications section, then Memory area, you will see the Memory chip amounts listed and the allowable upgrade options. Thank you for being an HP customer!
