Hello and thank you for asking. The HP Spectre 14-eu0023dx laptop computer has an Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 1 155H processor and Intel stated AI NPU Boost is part of that processor. Microsoft says a Copilot+ computer requires an NPU with 40+ TOPS. The NPU on the Intel Core Ultra 7 155h is rated at 11 TOPS.
