In Business many companies seem to prefer Dell , I believe because of less bloatware. But when being used for personal use I find folks prefer HP, In my opinion the HP comes with more software for having "fun" with your pc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a couple of Dell computers and had issues with both of them, always needing tech support. I got an HP desktop and then a laptop and loved them, never had issues with them. I accidentally spilled coffee on my 6 year old laptop and needed to purchase another one. My decision was easy, I wanted another HP and the spectre seemed to meet what I was looking for. I was not disappointed!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The HP Spectre x360 2 in 1 with 16 GB memory and 512 GB solid state drive has a 13.3 screen and is Ash silver. I believe you can get a 15.6 screen with 16 GB memory and 256 Gb solid state drive but I wanted a light weight, smaller laptop. I love the ash silver which is a stand out compared to the standard silver that everyone has. I have always had HP's so can't answer from personal experience with a Dell. Other family had several Dell's and each time after about a year, they would get a message that said "replace the battery". I think there are solid state laptops with 1 TB of memory, but I didn't need that much. I am not sure if HP makes a Spectre with 1 TB solid state hard drive. If you are buying a new laptop I would look at the solid state hard drives. I do believe that the Ash Silver Spectre with 16 GB memory and 512 GB solid state drive is currently the top of the Spectre line.
